Booking and the Studio
How do I book?
All appointments are booked online. Book here to see real-time availability and pick your service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 25% of the service price.
Where are you located?
Sola Salon Suites, 11140 Jefferson Blvd, Suite 47, Culver City, CA 90230. Easy to reach from Palms, Mar Vista, West LA, Playa Vista, and Marina del Rey.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking on site.
What are your hours?
Wednesday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM, by appointment only.
Will I be seeing the same person every time?
Yes. Every service is done by Wendy, one-on-one, in a private suite. There's no front desk, no waiting room, and no rotating staff.
Can I book more than one service in the same visit?
Yes. Wendy is a licensed esthetician and a licensed massage therapist, so you can pair a massage with a facial or a wax in one visit.
Facials and Peels
Which facial should I book?
If breakouts are your main concern, book the Acne Facial. If you're working on post-acne marks, dark spots, or uneven texture, book a Chemical Peel. If you're not sure, book the acne facial and Wendy will build a plan from there.
Will one facial clear my skin?
Honestly, no. Skin improves over a series of visits plus a home routine you can actually follow. Every treatment comes with a personalized home care plan.
How often should I come in?
About every 4 weeks for facials and peels.
Do you work with dermatologists?
Yes. If your skin needs a diagnosis or prescription care, Wendy works alongside your doctor while handling facials, peels, and your home routine.
Waxing
How long should my hair be?
At least a quarter inch, about two weeks of growth after shaving.
How often should I wax?
About every 4 weeks. Staying on schedule makes each wax easier and helps hair grow back finer.

Massage
What kinds of massage do you offer?
Deep tissue and Swedish massage, with CBD oil available as an add-on. Details on the massage page.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Wendy is a CAMTC certified massage therapist (#77577) with 13 years of experience, and a licensed esthetician since 2017.
Products
Do you sell skincare?
Yes. The products Wendy recommends between visits are available in the online shop.
