APPLICATION
Apply a small amount (or 1/2 pump) to the palm of hand. Using fingertips, dab and smooth evenly over outside areas of eyes, brow bone and the delicate under-eye area. Avoid inner corners of eye.

Returns: Because skincare products are personal-care items, I can only accept
returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. If
